A Little About Us

 The key to any successful business is finding a need and effectively filling that need. After 15 years in the shopping center industry, our founder decided to form a company that caters specifically to the maintenance needs of the shopping center manager. He wanted to build the type of company that would have made his job less stressful as a shopping center manager: a company large enough to handle projects such as full-scale parking lot paving projects, yet small enough to respond quickly to projects as simple as repairing a small pothole or damaged sidewalk. With a background in construction and experience managing properties, RPS Paving & Concrete has become that company.
